Ken founded Paramount Wealth Management in 2025 with the goal of creating a boutique financial firm dedicated to delivering customized solutions and long-term value for clients. As President and CEO, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, investment philosophy, and client relationship model—ensuring each individual and family receives the highest standard of care and results-driven planning.
Before launching Paramount, Ken served in the River Region area, where he built wealth management programs for Financial Institutions from the ground up. He implemented a scalable service matrix to enhance the client experience and played a key role in mentoring young professionals into successful financial advisor careers—strengthening both the division’s performance and its future leadership.
Ken’s career is defined by a strong foundation in financial stewardship, a passion for empowering others through education and planning, and a relentless dedication to helping clients achieve clarity and confidence in their financial future.
Outside of his professional work, Ken is married to Stephanie Peavy, a lifelong banker and leader in the financial industry. Together, they have three children and enjoy spending time traveling. Ken especially values time at their getaway on Lake Martin, where he finds balance and relaxation. He enjoys tennis but most of all he finds relaxation in cooking and grilling.
